Your key responsibilities will include:

Office & Facilities Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage calls and correspondence.

  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office and pantry supplies.

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits to ensure a safe, functional workspace.

Business Travel Coordination

  • Arrange and book local and international travel (flights, accommodation, transport) in line with company policies.

  • Manage travel-related documentation, including visas and itineraries.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Support onboarding by preparing welcome kits, IT setup, and employee documentation.

  • Maintain accurate leave records and employee files in compliance with local labor laws.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, escalating issues when needed.

Employee Engagement, Communication, Safety & Security

  • Plan and execute engagement and wellness activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Support HR in collecting and analyzing employee feedback to improve engagement.

  • Ensure office safety, security, and emergency preparedness through regular audits and compliance checks.

  • Assist in preparing internal communications and social media content.

Finance & Sales Coordination

  • Follow up on issued invoices and payments to ensure timely collection.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to close delivery loops for accurate invoicing.

What You Bring to the Role: We're looking for someone with:

  • You have 1:2 years of experience in Admin role.

  • Proven experience in a highly autonomous administrative or office management role.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi- component tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Fluency in French, Native Arabic, and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).

  • Exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and reliability.
