Job Summary

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and supporting the development team with efficient tools and environments. You will play a critical role in improving the speed, quality, and security of our product delivery lifecycle.

Role Purpose

• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments and services.
• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, but open to GCP or Azure).
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of servers using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system health and uptime.
• Work closely with software engineers to optimize deployment and integration workflows.
• Identify and resolve production and deployment issues quickly.
• Ensure systems are secure and compliant with industry best practices.
• Maintain clear documentation of systems, tools, and processes.
• Champion DevOps culture — fostering automation, collaboration, and operational excellence across teams.
• Support AI and fLLM (Finance Large Language Model) infrastructure for data processing, model deployment, and scaling.
• Optimize infrastructure cost, performance, and observability through monitoring and proactive improvements.

Specialist / Skills Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure role.
• Experience in AWS services including EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and security practices.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Experience & Education Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
