Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and mailing.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Support the team with data entry, report generation, and other clerical tasks.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar office or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: From 3,500.00DH per month
