Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and mailing.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Support the team with data entry, report generation, and other clerical tasks.
- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar office or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
