Avaliance Maroc recrute un graphic designer senior créatif et polyvalent avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.
Missions principales:
-Concevoir des visuels impactants pour les réseaux sociaux, campagnes digitales, print et branding.
-Réaliser des vidéos : montage, motion design, animation de typographies et d'éléments graphiques.
-Adapter les contenus selon les formats et les codes des différentes plateformes (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube…).
-Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing, communication et les chefs de projet.
-Contribuer à la création d'identités visuelles, de chartes graphiques et de templates.
Profil recherché :
-5ans d'expérience minimum en tant que graphiste, idéalement en agence ou en entreprise.
-Maîtrise des logiciels Adobe : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
-Connaissance des codes de la communication digitale et des tendances créatives actuelles.
-Sens du détail, de l'esthétique et de la narration visuelle.
-Bonne capacité d'adaptation, autonomie et rigueur dans la gestion des projets.
-Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle avec réactivité.
