Core Responsibilities
- Implementation and maintenance of software programs.
- Installation, configuration, and upkeep of purchased applications.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
- ERP system support and resolution of specific issues (e.g., SD6, access control, user account management).
- Creation of documentation for complex processes.
- Training users and technical staff.
- Maintenance and management of IT infrastructure and networks.
- Management of IT suppliers.
- Maintenance and administration of data centers (CPD)
