About the Company:

We are a rapidly growing technology company specializing in cloud solutions. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Cloud Operation Manager to join our team in Rabat, Morocco. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure management and must be fluent in both English and French.

Position: Cloud Operation Manager
Location: Rabat, Morocco (On-site)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily cloud operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Lead the cloud infrastructure team, providing technical direction, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor cloud environments (public, private, and hybrid) and ensure their efficiency and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Implement cloud management strategies, including automation, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and implement disaster recovery protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of cloud services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies and implement best practices in the team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing cloud operations (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including virtualization, networking, and storage solutions.
  • Experience with automation tools and cloud monitoring systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Rabat, Morocco.
