AI Teacher & Trainer – Business Growth Hub Morocco
Location: Marrakech
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: 5,000 MAD/month + Bonuses + Override Commission

The Role
We are looking for an AI Teacher and Trainer to lead our clients into the future of business automation. This role is all about showing companies how AI transforms daily operations—automating everything from reception and customer support to lead generation, sales calls, and beyond.
You'll be the one teaching business owners and their teams how to use AI tools effectively, with a clear focus on practical outcomes: saving time, reducing costs, and boosting revenue.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops on AI tools and automation
- Design simple, easy-to-follow training materials tailored for businesses
- Demonstrate how AI can streamline customer service, sales, and back-office tasks
- Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and trends
- Work with businesses to identify their automation needs and provide hands-on solutions
- Motivate and inspire professionals to embrace AI confidently
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of AI platforms, chatbots, and automation tools
- Experience teaching, training, or coaching professionals (formal teaching background a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical ideas into simple, business-friendly terms
- Proactive, creative, and passionate about the future of AI in business
