Job Opening: Surf Camp Receptionist at Adventurekeys, Taghazout

Adventurekeys, a surf camp and yoga retreat located in the heart of Taghazout, is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. We're a Surfcamp / Hostel dedicated to providing a welcoming, stress-free holiday for our guests, and you'll be the first person they meet when they arrive.

This role is perfect for a people-person who loves a vibrant, international atmosphere and has a passion for hospitality.

Your Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

Information Hub: Provide guests with information about the camp's activities, packages, and local area recommendations.

Administrative Tasks: Manage bookings, answer phone calls and emails, and assist with general administrative duties.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the surf instructors, yoga teachers, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Multilingual: Proficiency in other languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, etc.) is a significant plus.

Hospitality Mindset: You are warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Organized and Proactive: You can manage multiple tasks and take initiative to solve problems.

Flexible: You're comfortable with a dynamic work schedule that may include early mornings or late evenings.

Logistics:

Location: Taghazout, Morocco.

Housing: This role has the option of living at the camp or commuting from a nearby location.
