Job Description
In this role, your key responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and efficient handling of billing and financial tasks, supporting smooth and effective financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track client payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Manage cash collection processes by proactively following up with clients, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely and accurate collections to maintain healthy cash flow for Vialto.
  • Maintain client accounts in the SAP system and update billing records to reflect changes in contract terms, pricing, or other relevant information.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including revenue forecasts, aging reports, and client account summaries.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by responding to cash collection inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with engagement teams and internal stakeholders to resolve cash-related matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of cash collection policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations related to invoicing and collections.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining cash procedures and enhancing efficiency.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities as required.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and documentation.

Requirements

  • English and French proficiency at C1 level.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude toward learning and adapting to new processes.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver assigned tasks on time.
  • Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Openness to working in an international environment.
  • Practical proficiency in MS Excel is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace tools is preferred.

  • Fixed-term contract from February to July, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.
