Account receivable

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Payable Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
• Process accounts payable, including invoice verification and payment preparation
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
• Prepare financial reports related to receivables and payables
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in accounts receivable and payable (preferred)
• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
