We're looking for a 
Data Engineer (with growth into Data Analyst)
 to join our team. This is not a maintenance role , it's about structuring data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and then moving up the stack to deliver insights for leadership and operations.

What You'll Do

  1. Data Infrastructure
  2. Design and maintain ETL/ELT workflows to centralize data from multiple sources (DBs, APIs, n8n flows, 3rd-party integrations).
  3. Manage and optimize SQL warehouses (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  4. Implement monitoring, error handling, and logging for reliability.
  5. Data Modeling
  6. Build normalized, analytics-ready schemas for BI tools (Metabase, Airtable, PowerBI).
  7. Ensure consistency of business logic across reports.
  8. Document data flows and transformations.
  9. Analytics Growth
  10. Develop and own initial dashboards (financial, sales, logistics KPIs).
  11. Work closely with C-Level, Finance, and Ops to translate raw data into usable insights.
  12. Evolve responsibilities toward statistical analysis, forecasting, and business decision support.

What We Value

  1. Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions).
  2. Solid understanding of ETL pipelines (any tool: Airflow, n8n, custom scripts).
  3. Comfort with cloud environments (DigitalOcean, GCP, or AWS).
  4. Pragmatism: shipping reliable data flows is better than over-engineering.
  5. Curiosity to grow into analytics: BI dashboards, FP&A, predictive metrics.
  6. Positive and initiative-driven mindset — we don't babysit, we collaborate.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with financial data (invoicing, payments, credits).
  2. Familiarity with Metabase, PowerBI, or Looker.
  3. Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
  4. Understanding of DevOps practices for CI/CD in data pipelines.
