We are seeking a creative
Marketing Assistant

with a +2 years of experience
to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting research, and managing day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about marketing, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
  • Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
  • Manage administrative duties
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer data
  • Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, email templates)
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM and mailing lists
  • Help coordinate promotional events and campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Assist in managing the company website and updating content as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department
  • Translate marketing content (e.g. blog posts, newsletters, product descriptions) between English and French

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
