Développer l'activité export de VARUN BEVERAGES MOROCCO sur les marchés internationaux, en assurant la croissance du chiffre d'affaires, la rentabilité et la notoriété des différentes marques de l'entreprise. En garantissant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes transit, la conformité à la réglementation en vigueur.

Responsabilités principales

1. Développement commercial international

• Identifier, prospecter et développer de nouveaux marchés export
• Négocier les contrats de distribution, partenariats et accords commerciaux avec les importateurs/distributeurs
• Analyser les tendances de consommation et la concurrence sur les marchés cibles
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'entrée adaptées à chaque marché

2. Gestion des clients et du réseau de distribution

• Assurer le suivi régulier des clients et partenaires (commandes, paiements, satisfaction)
• Piloter les lancements de produits à l'étranger dans les nouveaux marchés
• Évaluer la performance des distributeurs et proposer des plans d'action correctifs

3. Coordination interne et logistique export

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la production, la supply chain, le marketing et la finance
• Superviser la documentation export : factures, certificats d'origine, licences, documents douaniers
• Garantir la conformité des produits aux normes locales (emballage, étiquetage, certifications sanitaires)

4. Reporting et pilotage de la performance

• Élaborer les budgets export et suivre les marges commerciales
• Assurer le reporting mensuel sur les ventes, prévisions et rentabilité par pays
  Analyser les écarts et proposer des leviers d'amélioration

Compétences requises liées au job

• BAC+5 en commerce international avec une expérience de 8 ans dans l'export des produits FMCG
• Maîtrise de l'anglais
• Connaissance approfondie des règles et des procédures relatives aux opérations d'exportation
