Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Rabat, Morocco. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Design and implement comprehensive automated test plans and scenarios based on functional and technical specifications.

Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts using standard tools and frameworks.

Collaborate closely with development, product and quality assurance teams to ensure optimal test coverage and rapid identification of anomalies.

Analyze test results, document and track issues, and propose solutions to improve overall product quality.

Implement and optimize automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the quality assurance process.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation.

Contribute to the development of testing standards and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications

You are an engineer or have a master's degree in computer science.

Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation

Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit or TestNG

Strong programming skills in languages ​​such as Java or JavaScript

Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Demonstrated experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

In-depth knowledge of software development processes and testing strategies

Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, performance testing and regression testing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Software testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CFTL) are an asset.

Experience with large-scale projects or complex systems is highly desirable.
