Bilingual HR Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people, processes, and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies.
• Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR, recruitment, or a related administrative role.
• Understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; quick to learn new tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Available to work with us for a minimum of 1 year.

Preferred (but not required):

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Technical Requirements:

• USB headset with noise cancellation.
• Functional webcam.
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM (minimum).
• Primary internet speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable preferred).
• Backup internet speed: at least 10 Mbps.
