Management Assistant
to join us
on-site in Mohammedia
.

Your Role
As a
Management Assistant
, you will work closely with the owners and management team. You will be the key figure coordinating and supporting various tasks.

In The Beginning, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparing and following up on offers and documents.
  • Daily support for the management with a wide range of tasks.
  • Preparing and following up on meetings.
  • Communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assisting with various administrative and organizational tasks.

Over time, your role will evolve into
greater independence and responsibility
, becoming a crucial link in the further growth of our office.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language skills: Excellent English and French (spoken and written). Arabic is a plus.
  • Communicative & professional: You represent yourself and the company in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Sharp and detail-oriented: You notice details and proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Independent & organized: You can work autonomously and set priorities.
  • Flexible & versatile: You are comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks.
  • Experience: First experience in a similar role (administration, assistance, coordination) is a plus but not a strict requirement.
