Motion Designer

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer & Video Editor with a strong background in graphic design to join our team. In this role, you will bring stories to life through engaging video content, dynamic animations, and impactful visuals. You will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and project goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Design & Animation

• Create 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.
• Design dynamic assets for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Translate storyboards, scripts, and concepts into compelling visuals.

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished videos with smooth pacing, balanced audio, and visual appeal.
• Incorporate graphics, sound effects, music, and color correction to elevate content.
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Graphic Design Knewledge

• Produce and refine high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Ensure brand consistency across static and motion design outputs.
• Collaborate on creating key visuals, thumbnails, and campaign artwork.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and marketers to develop engaging content.
• Propose creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Continuously improve processes with efficient workflows and design techniques.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, and graphic design.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of video formats, compression, and best practices for digital platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail, pacing, and design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
• Experience creating branded content for agencies, startups, or media companies.
• Familiarity with motion tracking, VFX, and compositing techniques.
• Knowledge of social media trends and video performance optimization.
• Experience with audio editing tools (e.g., Audition, Logic Pro) is a plus.
