Description

Join our Nokia Innovation Center trainee program to drive operational transformation through hands-on automation development and testing. This program offers practical experience with advanced tools and real-world use cases, allowing you to learn structured prompt design, process analysis, and automation techniques to enhance efficiency, quality, and business value. It includes a 6-month end-of-study project utilising cutting-edge technologies, a comprehensive boot camp and certification path, dedicated coaching and mentoring, and privileged access to the Nokia Innovation Center, with project scopes evolving based on findings, skills, interests, and strategic priorities to ensure mutual growth.

Responsibilities
  • AI Automation & Prompt Design
  • Design, test, and document sophisticated prompts using available AI platforms (e.g., Chatbot frameworks, Copilot, Power Platform) to automate tasks like data validation, report generation, and content analysis.
  • Apply methodical prompt design techniques to create clear, effective, and reliable instructions.
  • Build and maintain a testing and validation framework to systematically evaluate the performance, accuracy, and business impact of different AI automation initiatives.
  • Support the integration of AI-powered automation into existing workflows and partner-facing processes.

     
Qualifications

   You have: 

  • Graduating in 2026 
  • Preferred major in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering students or Computer Science (Software Engineering)
  • Strong analytical and data processing skills, with advanced proficiency in the Power Platform ecosystem, Experience in leveraging other tools for process optimization is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of VLM and LLM principles, coupled with a strong interest in applying structured prompt design to address real-world business challenges and drive innovation.

  • Foundational knowledge of scripting and application development for AI/ML use cases, with a willingness to deepen expertise in building intelligent solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

    It would be nice if you also have: 

  • Excellent process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, precise, and unambiguous instructions.
  • A systematic, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.
  • A proactive, curious, and resourceful individual who thrives on turning manual processes into efficient, automated systems. 
  • Must be adaptable and able to work effectively at the intersection of technology and business operations
