Arabic Coffee Server — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A well-established hospitality and F&B company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Arabic Coffee Server to join its front-of-house team, delivering traditional Arabic coffee and hospitality service to guests across a busy multi-outlet operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Arabic coffee (gahwa) and dates following traditional presentation and hospitality customs
• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a high standard of service throughout their visit
• Maintain proper temperature, freshness, and quality of coffee served throughout service hours
• Set up and refill coffee stations, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times
• Coordinate with F&B and event staff to support functions, gatherings, and daily service
• Handle coffee equipment (dallah, cups) with care, ensuring proper cleaning and storage
• Monitor stock of coffee, dates, and related supplies, flagging replenishment needs
• Follow all hygiene and food safety standards during preparation and service

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Arabic coffee server or in a similar traditional hospitality service role
• Strong knowledge of Arabic coffee preparation and cultural serving etiquette
• Well-groomed, professional presentation and demeanor
• Good communication and guest service skills
• Conversational proficiency in English
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
