🔍 WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us – you must give the best first impression of Global Cyber Security Group

• You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check using our professional toolkit to scan the device

• You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide helpful suggestions to the potential customer

• You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians for a comprehensive service

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Native level of Spanish

• Availability to work shifts

• Previous experience in sales

• Excellent communication and social skills

• High level of English is a plus

• Passion for technology

• Proven ability to perform – This is a sales role; you must be able to sell. We want closers
