  • DTS Community/Stakeholder Project Manager
  • Database Management: Oversee the development, enrichment, and regular updates of the DTS database. 
  • Contact Qualification: Assess and qualify existing contacts (currently 400) and reach out to various entities to identify new contacts. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify new stakeholders across different audiences and re-engage those from previous editions. 
  • Community Communication: Collaborate with the communications team to manage outreach and communication with the DTS community. 
  • File Coordination: Work closely with the communications and IT teams to centralize and organize all relevant files. 
  • Event Coordination: Co-manage the invitation and registration process for the DTS Summit in partnership with the communications team. 
  • App Oversight: Supervise the app’s content, timeline, and implementation plans. 
  • Content Centralization: Gather and centralize all content contributions from various teams. 
  • Editorial Liaison: Collaborate with the editorial team to collect and curate all necessary content. 
  • Content Updates: Regularly update the app with new information and changes. 
  • Visuals Collection: Collect and integrate visuals required for the app. 
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate the operational processes 
  • Content Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of session descriptions, speaker bios, and other content into the app. 
  • Team Communication: Provide regular updates to the DTS team regarding app content and developments. 
  • D-Day Support: Prepare advance notifications for the event day and provide on-site support to the team.
