- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the
company’s goals and objectives.
- Provide financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting to
inform business decisions.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting,
forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,
particularly in the fin-tech and e-payment sectors.
- Identify and manage financial risks associated with business
operations, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
strong financial governance.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial
partners to secure funding and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic
partnerships.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of
collaboration and excellence.
- Establish clear financial performance metrics and drive
accountability across the organization.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial
systems and tools that enhance reporting and analysis.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all
platforms.
- Present financial reports and insights to the executive team
and board of directors.
- Communicate financial performance and strategy
to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the
company’s goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and
reporting requirements specific to fin-tech.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting,
and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a
track record of building high-performing teams.
- Nationality: Moroccan nationality is a 1st priority but not a must.
