We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Active Directory & Identity Architect to take on the following responsibilities :

• Assess, optimize, and secure complex Active Directory environments across multiple forests and domains.
• Lead Active Directory hardening initiatives, including the implementation of security best practices and CIS Benchmarks.
• Design and implement Active Directory Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
• Develop strategies for domain consolidation, migration, and decommissioning of legacy Active Directory environments.
• Support modernization initiatives involving Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity architectures.
• Conduct impact assessments for security controls and infrastructure changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams throughout transformation projects.
• Produce architecture documentation, implementation roadmaps, operational procedures, and technical guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and identity & access management best practices.

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration, architecture, or identity management roles.
• Proven experience leading Active Directory transformation, security hardening, and modernization projects within large enterprise environments.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong expertise in:
  • Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
  • DNS, Group Policy (GPO)
  • LDAP / LDAPS
  • Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Active Directory Security Hardening
  • CIS Benchmark implementation
  • NTLM reduction and authentication modernization
  • Active Directory Disaster Recovery solutions
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Hybrid Identity architectures
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles
  • Cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with multi-forest environments, domain migrations, and consolidation programs.
• Ability to assess risks, analyze impacts, and provide security-focused recommendations.

Languages

• Fluent French is mandatory.
• Professional English is required.
