Utilities & I&C Supervisor
Required Expertise
- Leads instrumentation and controls maintenance across hot oil, instrument air/N₂, process/raw water, and flare support systems.
- Plans/calibrates transmitters, gauges, and control valves; manages proof-testing of safety loops and gas detection; maintains accurate calibration records.
- Troubleshoots PLC/DCS I/O, network communications, and fieldbus issues; ensures spares and obsolescence plans for critical components.
- Coordinates with electrical and mechanical teams for package reliability (compressors, pumps, heaters) and minimizes utilities-related downtime.
