Waiter / Food Runner - Riyadh Season

Career Land Center is hiring experienced hospitality professionals to join an exciting restaurant project during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia.

Contract: 6 months
Start Date: October 2026

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Food Runner, Server, or in a similar restaurant position.
• Experience working in a professional restaurant, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Professional and friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to carry and serve food and beverages safely and efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Previous experience with international or upscale restaurant service is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly service to restaurant guests.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, where applicable.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
• Assist with setting and clearing tables.
• Ensure guests receive their orders promptly and correctly.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Support servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared dining areas.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Help create an excellent guest experience throughout the service.
