Job description

We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Consultant Oracle PeopleSoft to take on the following responsibilities :

Implement, configure, and optimize PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements.
Provide expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials, or Campus Solutions modules.
Develop and customize applications using PeopleTools, Application Engine, and PeopleCode.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
Optimize system performance and database queries within Oracle environments.
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience:

8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
Expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with workflow automation and reporting tools (BI Publisher, SQR, nVision).
Understanding of cloud migrations (PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud is a plus).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
Strong communication skills in English and/or French.

Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
