Server Administrator – ORACLE Weblogic

Required skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  
• 7+ years of experience in middleware administration with at least 3+ years in a WebLogic Lead or senior role.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  
  • Oracle WebLogic Server 11g/12c/14c
    
  • WebLogic clustering, high availability, and load balancing
    
  • JMS, JDBC data sources, connection pooling, and tuning
    
  • SSL, keystores, truststores, and certificate management
    
  • Shell scripting, WLST scripting, log analysis
    
• Deep understanding of Java EE architecture, deployment models, and application lifecycle on WebLogic.
  
• Proficient in incident and change management, preferably under ITIL frameworks.
  
• Experience supporting WebLogic in RAC-integrated environments.
  
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (OEM, Prometheus/Grafana, AppDynamics, etc.).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-based middleware services (OCI, AWS, Azure).
  
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) and CI/CD for middleware.
  
• Oracle certifications (OCA/OCP) in WebLogic are a plus.
