Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in middleware administration with at least 3+ years in a WebLogic Lead or senior role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle WebLogic Server 11g/12c/14c
- WebLogic clustering, high availability, and load balancing
- JMS, JDBC data sources, connection pooling, and tuning
- SSL, keystores, truststores, and certificate management
- Shell scripting, WLST scripting, log analysis
- Oracle WebLogic Server 11g/12c/14c
- Deep understanding of Java EE architecture, deployment models, and application lifecycle on WebLogic.
- Proficient in incident and change management, preferably under ITIL frameworks.
- Experience supporting WebLogic in RAC-integrated environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (OEM, Prometheus/Grafana, AppDynamics, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-based middleware services (OCI, AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) and CI/CD for middleware.
- Oracle certifications (OCA/OCP) in WebLogic are a plus.
