DEV department is seeking an individual who will support its programs and projects by designing and deploying digital platforms. The individual will also be responsible for designing and deploying entrepreneurship and innovation programs.
    Design, deploy and maintain digital platforms serving DEV programs and goals
•    Oversee the design and development of Innovation platforms that align with DEV goals and programs: Track KPIs, performance, capture Data about Startups etc.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platforms within existing systems.
•    Implement best practices for user experience design and interface usability
•    Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of innovation platforms.
•    Provide training and support to internal teams on platform usage and benefits.
    Design, develop and maintain a Startup Pitchbook 
•    Design and maintain a startup pitchbook showcasing the innovation platform's capabilities, features, and value proposition.
•    Develop compelling narratives and visual representations to articulate the platform's uniqueness and market potential.
•    Customize the pitchbook for different audiences, including potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.
•    Lead pitch presentations to secure funding, partnerships, or support for platform initiatives.
•    Develop a roadmap for scaling the platform to accommodate growth in users, data volume, and functionality.
    Lead Entrepreneurship Programs 
•    Design, develop and deploy innovation entrepreneurship program that cater to the needs of entrepreneurs, providing them with the necessary resources, mentorship, and support to help them grow their project;
•    Lead and managing a team of professionals involved in running entrepreneurship programs, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members

- SKILLS
•    Ability to communicate and to coordinate amongst cross disciplinary teams
•    Ability to explain technical information clearly 
•    Autonomy and strong capacity to lead large projects across large teams
•    Proficiency in project management software and tools
•    Project management and analytical skills
•    Knowledge of entrepreneurial ecosystems in Morocco desire
•    Knowledge of Startup scene 
•    Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and tools
•    Intellectual curiosity 

- REQUIRED PROFILES
•    BAC+5 in an engineering/ management school 
•    Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Moroccan Institution leading Development/IT projects
•    Proven track record of successfully managing digital projects from inception to completion
•    Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
•    Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital tools used in project management and marketing
