We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a DevOps Expert to take on the following responsibilities :

Leading the design, implementation, and improvement of software development practices, including CI-CD, backup/restore, testing, observability.
Promoting the adoption of DevOps practices to automate and optimize operational processes.
Collaborating with development teams to ensure continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
Working alongside a Release Manager to define the release schedule and practices.
Developing strategies to enhance code quality, security, and application performance.
Implementing or improving automation tools and self-service APIs.
Alongside dedicated AXA teams, conducting technological watch and recommending suitable tools and solutions to meet development and operational needs.
Profile required
Technical skills
- Expertise in one or several scripting languages: Python, Powershell
- Expertise in Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code solutions such as Terraform, ArgoCD
- Knowledge in one or several application development languages: .NET, Java
- Experience in development projects related to Information Security
- Knowledge in any of these components are a plus: Saviynt, Ping Identity, Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of infrastructure (Linux, Windows and network)
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices.
Non-technical skills
- Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment.
- People management experience is not mandatory but a plus.
- “Service-oriented” person with skills in managing client relationships: requirements, delivery, quality of service…
- Management of priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders (IAM, other AXA GO, entities, security…) while keeping good relationships.
- Analytical skills to help drive the “continuous improvement” objective of the products towards a global shared service.
- Fluent written & spoken English and a second language a plus.
