The Program Manager’s mission is to oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of programs and initiatives within the Entrepreneur Academy. This role requires strategic planning, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring the effective delivery of programs that foster entrepreneurship and innovation.
Missions & Responsabilities :
Program Development and Management:
• Design, implement, and manage entrepreneurship programs, workshops, and events.
• Develop program curricula and materials in collaboration with faculty and industry experts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making necessary adjustments.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, investors, mentors, and other relevant entities.
Resource Management:
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including budget management and staff coordination.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize program impact.
Mentorship and Support:
• Provide guidance and support to program participants, helping them navigate entrepreneurial challenges.
• Facilitate access to mentorship, funding, and other necessary resources.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Required profiles :
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational or entrepreneurial setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering programs.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using program management software and tools.
