We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Senior Business Architect Consultant to take on the following responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive business architecture models that support strategic goals.

Bridge the gap between corporate strategy and operational execution by translating strategic objectives into actionable business capabilities and processes.

Apply business architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK, Business Architecture Guild frameworks) to analyze and design effective business solutions.

Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business capabilities.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and validate architecture models.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and organizational change.
-
Support the development of roadmaps for business capability evolution and transformation programs.

Maintain awareness of industry best practices and emerging trends in business architecture and operational excellence.

Ensure documentation standards and governance processes are adhered to for all architecture artifacts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the enterprise architecture framework, encompassing business, technical, and application architectures.

Apply knowledge of technological advancements (especially AI) to enhance architectural practices and strategic initiatives.
Profile required
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in business architecture or enterprise architecture within large organizations or financial/technology sectors.

Proven experience in building and integrating enterprise architecture models across multiple domains to enable large-scale business transformation.

Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or equivalent.
Skills & Expertise

Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.

Experience with process modeling and enterprise architecture tools is a plus.

Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologies, especially AI.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Previous experience in a similar senior consulting role is required.
