Baccalaureate +2 (Technical Diploma).

Seniority:

4 years of experience within Yazaki.

Languages & Skills:

Good level of French and English

Microsoft office tools knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the Calculation of the operating time for semi-finished products (Twist, joint ...) based on SWT files and GME standard

Ensure the Routing & production version creation of the YSFGs

Ensure the Control cycle creation of YSFG & P1P2 YDMs

Ensure the P2 Distribution integration in SAP

Ensure the Push orders of P1P2 YSFG lunches in SAP & CAO of New project & ECRs based on customer demands

Define Numbers of kanban for a week following the customer request

Implement the engineering changes in the defined time

Implement change according to the project schedule and avoid obsolete.

Implement system changes (SAP Kanban).

Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures YEL/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS  (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the  5S.

Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR).
