du rôleAs a central advisory partner to Line of Solution Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and Finance teams, this role delivers an independent, fact-based, and forward-looking view on performance to drive strategic decisions. You will challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations that steer the growth, profitability, and market position of diverse Lines of Solution.
• Act as a senior partner supporting Line of Solution Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and Finance teams by providing independent and forward-looking performance insights.
• Prepare, coordinate, and structure Quarterly Line of Solution Performance, Quarterly Product Performance, and Business Reviews to deliver comprehensive business analysis.
• Develop integrated views on performance indicators including revenue, margin, P&L, customer portfolio, acquisitions and losses, churn, traffic, pricing, product mix, channels, delivery, and customer experience.
• Analyze discrepancies between actual results, forecasts, budgets, and strategic ambitions, identifying root causes and actionable improvement levers.
• Produce clear, fact-based, and decision-oriented executive summaries for management governance forums.
• Track follow-up actions, decisions, trade-offs, and progress emerging from performance management forums.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Line of Solution Managers by constructively challenging assumptions regarding revenue, margin, pricing, volumes, customer base, pipelines, costs, and growth trajectories.
• Apply deep business understanding of TechCo, NetCo, InfraCo, and Go-to-Market business models to conduct detailed analyses of competitiveness, product performance, price-volume dynamics, profitability, customer value, churn, market trends, competition, cross-selling, and channel effectiveness.
• Proactively detect early signals, value leakage, and growth opportunities, formulating and supporting implementation of actionable recommendations.
• Contribute actively to forecast, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles including HLF, Q3F, annual budget, and governance preparations.
• Consolidate and coordinate inputs from Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between business ambitions, market data, and financial planning.
• Collaborate closely with Data & Analytics Solutions Architect to enhance KPI reliability, streamline reporting, and develop advanced dashboards, alerts, and simulation tools.
• Promote a culture of performance management focused on value creation, anticipation, and data-driven decisions through pragmatic improvements to tools and routines.
• Play a visible and influential role in steering international business activities by collaborating directly with Line of Solution Managers to shape growth, profitability, portfolio strategy, and market position.
• Operate at the convergence of strategy, product management, finance, market data, and customer insight to deliver comprehensive advisory that enhances organizational performance.
• Leverage analytical and interpersonal skills to influence decision-making processes and contribute meaningfully to the organization's business outcomes.

de vousYou possess a proven understanding of revenue, margin, P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, customer portfolio management, and market dynamics. Your analytical capabilities enable you to distil complex data into clear, actionable recommendations, supported by solid experience in business reviews and strategic cycles. Comfortable communicating fluently in French and English, you have expertise in advisory roles that require influencing diverse stakeholders and advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools. Prior experience in B2B telecommunications, wholesale, infrastructure, or digital services, along with a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related fields, complements your autonomy, proactivity, rigour, and ability to balance multiple priorities. Your professional

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of revenue models, margin control, P&L management, forecasting techniques, budgeting processes, pricing strategies, customer portfolio management, and evolving market dynamics.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into structured, clear, and actionable messages that support decision-making.
• Apply extensive experience in conducting Business Reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles within complex business environments.
• Exhibit a consultative advisory approach capable of constructively challenging assumptions and influencing diverse stakeholders through credible, data-backed analysis.
• Utilize advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Dataiku, or ThinkCell to support insightful reporting and presentations.
• Communicate fluently in both French and English, delivering clear written and verbal communications tailored to varied audiences.
• Possess knowledge of B2B telecommunications, wholesale markets, infrastructure, or digital services sectors, enhancing relevance of analyses and recommendations. Your soft
