Logistics Team Leader

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join and lead a hard-working team of associates at our Ain Sbaa location. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure safety, quality and productivity metrics are met while leading various process improvement projects and participating in cross-functional teams on warehouse and network design initiatives. What’s in it For You: The ability to impact and shape your career with a company passionate about growth Access to best-in-class resources, tools, and technology Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the world Comprehensive benefits packages in line with market and industry standards What You Will Do: Lead a team of 2 Logistics associates holding them accountable to savings and productivity standards Oversee logistics activities including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, order processing and customer service Partner with cross-functional teams in Quality, Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing to proactively identify and resolve quality and service issues relating to logistics operations Assist in developing the site logistics budget with a focus on continuously improving year over year performance against metrics Coordinate operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs Monitor fixed assets and coordinate implementation of approved capital improvement projects in your functional areas Communicate standard logistics metrics to direct reports Resolve quality, service & cost issues Support oversight of inventory levels Additional Job Duties as assigned Minimum

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics or related environment 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment Immigration sponsorship not available for this role Preferred

Qualifications:
