To support the growing volume and complexity of installation, commissioning, maintenance, and project execution activities at customer sites, KNWA requires a dedicated Site Manager. The role will ensure effective coordination of site operations, proper management of technical teams, adherence to project timelines and budgets, compliance with safety requirements, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all activities at customer sites.
• Lead Engineers, Technicians, Machine Leaders, and subcontractors on site.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between KNWA and the customer for site-related activities.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and milestones.
• Review site reports and provide updates on progress, risks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure activities are delivered within the approved budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate resolution of technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
• Support project completion, customer acceptance, and handover activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical, service, or project management environment.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, field service, or project execution.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on customer sites. Skills & Competencies
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Fluent English & French communication skills.
