Sourcing & International Logistics Assistant - Trade24

As part of the development of Trade24, our business dedicated to sourcing and international trade, we are looking for a Sourcing & International Logistics Assistant to join our international team in Casablanca. Reporting to the Trade24 Manager, you will contribute to identifying suppliers, developing international business relationships and monitoring import and export operations. Responsibilities
• Assist in researching, identifying and registering new international suppliers.
• Send requests for quotations and help follow up on supplier responses.
• Compare offers and update tracking tools.
• Monitor import and export operations from order placement to delivery.
• Verify and centralize documents related to international operations.
• Coordinate communication with suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders.
• Report delays, discrepancies and any potential issues.
• Education or experience in international logistics, international trade, purchasing or supply chain.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good command of wechat and trade platforms, AI tools and Google suite.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and related documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness and rigor.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in sourcing, purchasing or international logistics is a plus.
