Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, capacity, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead production teams, ensuring performance, efficiency, and HSE compliance.
• Manage production quality, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Drive supply chain planning, inventory management, S&OP, and MRP processes.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and EMS partners.
• Anticipate electronic component shortages, obsolescence, and supply risks.
• Oversee logistics, customs, and export-control compliance.
• Monitor production budgets, unit costs, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and industrialization teams throughout the product lifecycle. 🔹 Required
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in production and/or supply chain management within electronics manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE for the mission.
• Proven experience managing serial production lines or EMS-based manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, S&OP, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
• Solid understanding of the electronic components market and supply chain challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory. Arabic is a plus.
