About us
Travel Collection is a Moroccan success story. What started as a travel company in Morocco is now a global family of 16 locally led destination management companies (DMCs), creating bespoke journeys across 22 countries, from Japan and Italy to Peru and East Africa. We work with top travel advisors worldwide, designing every itinerary from scratch: private trips, affinity travel for people who share a passion, and group journeys. Our promise is simple: local expertise, no templates, and flawless execution behind every trip. Our international team has grown from a few members in 2023 to more than 200 worldwide today, and we're still growing fast. Our Rabat team, part of our global tech team, plays a key role in that success story. As a Product Engineer, you'll help shape how a fast-growing global travel business works. The role We're looking for a Product Engineer who loves building products as much as writing code. What you'll do
• Talk to travel designers and operations teams to understand their problems and turn them into clear solutions.
• Write simple specs and user stories, and break work into small deliverables.
• Build and ship features end-to-end on Salesforce and our web tools, using AI-assisted development.
• Work with business teams across our 16 DMCs to make sure what we build delivers value. What we're looking for
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a full-stack software developer.
• Experience with the Salesforce Platform, ideally certified
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, plus hands-on experience with a backend language.
• Comfortable talking directly with users and stakeholders.
• Able to balance speed, quality, and business impact.
• Autonomous, self-directed, and able to prioritize effectively, especially in a fast-moving, AI-augmented environment.
• A genuine learning mindset, keeping up with AI/ML trends, new developer tools, and industry best practices.
• Rigorous about testing.
• Fluent in English. Highly valued
• Experience designing product features, such as user flows, wireframes, or functional solutions to user problems.
• Experience gathering user needs and turning them into specs or user stories.
• A track record of shipping features that solved real user problems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Able to manage multiple projects at once and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
• Writes clean, scalable, well-documented code and critically reviews AI-generated output before shipping. Nice to have
• Experience building or integrating AI features.
• Experience with analytics tools.
• Basic UX/UI design sense.
