JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a technically proficient Data Analyst (Power BI) to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting business needs across multiple domains. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing scalable and high-quality Power BI dashboards, ensuring data quality, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Data & Analytics ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. PROFILE As a Data Analyst (Power BI), you support business teams in analyzing requirements, defining KPIs, developing dashboards and reports, and ensuring the maintenance and evolution of analytics solutions. You contribute to delivering reliable and business-oriented insights while ensuring compliance with data governance standards, reporting best practices, and data quality requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into meaningful KPIs, datasets, and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Build and optimize data models to support scalable analytics and performance reporting.
• Develop complex calculations and business metrics using DAX.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data using Power Query and SQL.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and IT teams to ensure data availability, quality, and reliability.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data consistency, and dashboard performance.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for datasets, KPIs, and business rules.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting standards, governance, and analytics processes. TECHNICAL SKILLS Power BI & Data Visualization
• Strong expertise in Power BI development and data visualization.
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and reporting lifecycle management.
• Strong experience in designing interactive dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Good understanding of visualization best practices and user experience principles.
• Experience delivering reports for international and cross-functional business stakeholders. Data Modeling & Analytics
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Expertise in KPI definition, business metrics design, and analytical reporting.
• Strong understanding of descriptive and diagnostic analytics.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical insights. SQL & Data Preparation
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Expertise in Power Query (M Language) for data preparation and transformation.
• Experience combining data from multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of data quality management and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Data Governance & Quality
• Experience applying data governance and data quality standards.
• Understanding of data lineage, metadata, and business glossary principles.
• Ability to document datasets, metrics, and business rules.
• Experience monitoring data consistency and resolving data issues.
• Knowledge of security and access management principles in Power BI. Collaboration & Agile Delivery
• Experience working closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Business Stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience participating in reporting and analytics projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.

• 2 to 7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards under supervision.
• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and analytical reporting solutions.
• Strong autonomy in gathering requirements and translating them into reporting deliverables. Common Requirements
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Experience participating in the complete analytics project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Power BI, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), or equivalent certifications would be considered a strong advantage.
• Spanish mandatory (professional level), French and/or English preferred.
