We specialize in transforming long-form content into high-performing short-form clips designed for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Our content is built for reach, retention, and audience growth at scale. Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Short-Form Video Editor who specializes specifically in clipping long-form content into viral-ready short-form videos. This is not a general editing position. This role is for someone who understands that identifying the right 30–60 second moment inside a 45-minute podcast is a creative skill in itself. Someone who instinctively recognizes strong hooks, emotional moments, audience retention patterns, and the type of content that performs organically on social media. You will work with podcasts, interviews, keynote talks, and educational content, extracting the most compelling moments and turning them into polished, high-retention clips optimized for modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Review long-form English-language content including podcasts, interviews, training sessions, and stage presentations. Identify high-impact moments using our internal timestamp workflow. Edit short-form clips with strong openings, fast pacing, and clear storytelling. Create content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and similar platforms. Add clean professional captions and maintain platform-native formatting. Ensure each clip focuses on one strong idea or takeaway. Submit completed clips through our internal quality scoring system before delivery. Maintain high output volume while preserving consistency and quality. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience editing short-form social media content. Strong portfolio featuring clips created from long-form English-language content. Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software. Excellent English comprehension and listening skills. Strong understanding of viral content structure, audience retention, and social media performance. Ability to identify strong hooks and compelling moments independently. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment without compromising quality. Preferred Skills Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok content ecosystems. Strong instincts for pacing, storytelling, and retention-focused editing. Experience editing podcasts, interviews, educational content, or creator content. Familiarity with motion graphics, animated captions, and platform-native visual styles. Knowledge of audience psychology and engagement patterns. Experience working in high-volume agency or media production environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted editing and post-production workflows. Strong organizational and file management skills.
