1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Reservation Agent, or in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
• Utilize GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to manage bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services.
• Promote and sell long-haul destinations and luxury cruises to VIP clients.
• Design and deliver customized travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific details.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Required Skills
• Proficiency in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Fluency in English, French, and Darija (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
• A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
