Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business Administration , Law or a related field. And, a professional Certification in GRC or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Risk Program Management: Coordinate and continously improve Y-EMEA Enterpise Risk Management Program in collaboration with Head of Enterprise Risk Management: + Design, Implement, Review and continuously Improve YEMEA Enterprise Management Program on best practices (COSO ERM/ISO 31000), methodology (identify, assess, mitigate) and in the spheres of strategic, legal and operational risk management. + Design, Implement, Review and continously Improve related riks controls, processes, policies and templates based on applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, customer requirements and business needs along all spheres of ERM. + Regularly Perform and Maintain Risk Analysis with relevant stakeholders and report the results + Integrate Y-EMEA Enterprise Risk Management Program into applicable Y-EMEA Corporate Governance framework and in line with EOS Business Process Management + Design, Implement, Maintain and continuously Improve Business Continuity Management Apporach and Contingency Planning to be streamlined across the Y-EMEA organization and functions/locations. + Advice, Collaborate and Synergize on Enterprise Risk Management within a cross-regional and global Yazaki context + Coordinate, control and maintain Y-EMEA functional and local coordinators involved in Enterprise Risk Management. Integrate Entperise Risk Management into Y-EMEA Business Organization: Integrate Risk Management Methodology into matrix organization with a cross-functional approach: + Establish risk management process for risk indentification, risk assessment and risk mititgation + Perform regular Risk Analysis with business organization (functional/organizational/topic related) and advice on risk mititagtion meassures/risk treatment plan and design risk controls + Collaborate closely with various functions and key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of information protection policies and procedures + Update and Maintain the Y-EMEA Regional Risk Universe and Risk Register + Orchestrate Risk Analysis results in order to perform regular risk reporting + Participate and advice external stakeholders request on Y-EMEA enterprise risk status and provide required information Business Continuity Management and Contingency Planning: Support Y-EMEA Business Continuity and Contingency Planning Apporach as part of the Y-EMEA Enterprise Risk Management and integrate such Methodology into matrix organization with a cross-functional approach: + Design, Implement, Review and Continuously Improve Y-EMEA Business Continuity Management approach to be applied for all functions and management systems (synergize and strategize) as basis for incident and event management for Y-EMEA Management Board decision-making. + Serve and orchestrate as functional department in the area of crisis management and potential crisis handling directly for Y-EMEA Management Board Monitoring Trends and the Developments: Conduct monitoring and analyzing of trends, developments and events; laws and regluations with impact on YAZAKI business environment. Prepare initial impact assessment for Y-EMEA and its legal entities as part of the overall Monitoring Activities for report to Head of Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Control System.
