Company Description IGATOM is a privately owned company specializing in electrical systems integration across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The company provides end-to-end support, from design to installation of low
- and high-voltage electrical systems. IGATOM also delivers preventive and corrective maintenance services to ensure the reliability and safety of client installations. By overseeing projects throughout all phases, the company focuses on long-term performance, efficient operation, and responsive customer support. Role Description The Project Manager – Electrical Systems & Integration will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supervising installation activities, and monitoring compliance with technical specifications and regulations. The person in this role will also oversee inspections, track materials and equipment, and collaborate with logistics and expediting teams to secure timely deliveries and resolve issues. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Prefecture of Casablanca, with a mix of on-site work at project locations and office, and some flexibility for work from home for planning, documentation, and reporting tasks. The Project Manager will prepare project status reports and risk assessments, support continuous improvement of processes, and contribute to a culture of safety and accountability. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical systems projects. Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to track orders, manage delivery timelines, and coordinate with suppliers and contractors. Inspection skills, with the ability to verify installations, ensure compliance with technical standards, and document findings and corrective actions. Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, equipment, and site resources, optimizing schedules and costs. Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Knowledge of low
- and high-voltage electrical systems, relevant codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with planning and reporting systems is an advantage. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical projects, preferably in systems integration, is a plus.
