• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience directing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, including setting priorities, managing budgets, and overseeing complex programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and represent the organization professionally.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of data-informed decision-making and process improvement.
• Experience in operational management within a relevant industry or sector; prior director
- or senior-level responsibility is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Marrakesh and adapt to local business practices and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
