About The Role
What if your curiosity, attention to detail, and everyday knowledge could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of people? We're looking for Generalists to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content across a wide range of topics and formats — helping make AI smarter, clearer, and more genuinely useful. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and clear communication skills. No specialized background or prior AI experience required — just a reliable internet connection and a commitment to quality work. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract

What You'll Do
Read and evaluate AI-generated content across diverse topics — from science and culture to technology, everyday life, and beyond Assess outputs for accuracy, clarity, tone, and overall quality Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback using rating scales and written commentary Flag content that is misleading, inaccurate, or poorly written Complete task-based assignments independently and consistently, following detailed project guidelines Work asynchronously on your own schedule with full flexibility Who You Are Strong written communication and reading comprehension skills in English Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to tasks Comfortable evaluating a broad variety of topics and content styles Self-motivated and reliable when working independently No prior AI, tech, or content moderation experience required Nice to Have Background in writing, editing, research, journalism, or communications Experience with quality assurance, critical analysis, or fact-checking Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work Contribute to AI development that directly shapes how technology communicates with the world Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
