We are a leading international automotive Group, driven by technological innovation and operational excellence. We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Leader — someone who can coordinate a technical team and get on the floor to work directly on our press lines. Responsibility:
• Lead and coordinate the maintenance technician team
• Plan preventive, corrective & improvement maintenance on presses and production equipment
• Ensure equipment reliability, availability & efficiency
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, uptime)
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts & external suppliers

Requirements:
• Must-have

experience:
mechanical or servo presses, 1600T or 2000T
• Automotive industry background
• Hands-on electrical & mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams & mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of industrial automation (motors, inverters, PLCs, sensors)
• Electromechanical troubleshooting & diagnostics
• Experience leading a maintenance team (even short-term)
• Technical degree in electrical engineering, mechanics, electromechanics or related field
