JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a technically proficient RPA Developer (UiPath) to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions supporting business needs across multiple domains. You will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, developing scalable and reliable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the automation ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in UiPath development, process analysis, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. PROFILE As an RPA Developer (UiPath), you support business teams in analyzing processes, identifying automation opportunities, developing automation workflows, and ensuring the maintenance and evolution of RPA platforms. You contribute to delivering reliable, secure, and scalable automation solutions while ensuring compliance with development standards, security requirements, and automation best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities with measurable business value.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy attended and unattended UiPath automation workflows.
• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation components and frameworks.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize robots in production environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve automation failures in a timely manner.
• Implement logging, exception handling, and monitoring best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation development best practices.
• Produce technical documentation, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation standards, methodologies, and platform governance. TECHNICAL SKILLS RPA & Process Automation
• Strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and methodologies.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and prioritizing automation opportunities.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and business process optimization.
• Ability to design scalable and reusable automation solutions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end automation projects. UiPath Development
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Experience developing attended and unattended automation solutions.
• Knowledge of UiPath REFramework and reusable automation architectures.
• Experience implementing exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Ability to optimize workflow performance and reliability. Integration & Automation Technologies
• Experience integrating UiPath workflows with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of file processing, email automation, web automation, and desktop automation.
• Understanding of OCR technologies and document processing automation.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions is considered an advantage. Programming & Scripting

• Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale automation programs.
• Experience leading automation workstreams and driving automation adoption across business functions. Common Requirements
