Overview of the Role As a Technical Infrastructure Specialist – Cloud Computing & Networking, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable infrastructure solutions for our clients in Morocco. Your expertise will directly contribute to HCLTech’s mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with global teams, and drive technological innovation within a dynamic environment. Detailed Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Oversee networking architecture, including configuration, integration, and maintenance of enterprise networking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives and project requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues to maintain high system availability.
• Implement best practices for cloud migration, disaster recovery, and data protection.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing, networking, and IT infrastructure. Skill Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience in technical infrastructure management, with a strong focus on cloud computing and networking.
• Proven expertise in major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise networking solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, networking protocols, and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
