• Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of injection molding machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in injection molding machines.
• Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period.
• Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of injection molding machines and accessories.
• Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
• Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
• Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed. Qualifications
• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in injection molding machine installation or service.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to take global business trips.
