About Auto PrimoAuto Primo is a growing Canadian automotive dealership specializing in pre-owned vehicles. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced, motivated professionals who understand the automotive sales environment and know how to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Please note: Previous work experience in an automotive dealership is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates without dealership experience will not be considered.

About the Role
As a Bilingual Automotive BDC Representative, you will play an important role in connecting with potential customers, qualifying inbound leads, and supporting our Finance Department. This opportunity is designed for professionals who have previously worked in an automotive dealership and have a solid understanding of dealership operations, automotive sales processes, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact warm leads and engage with potential customers by phone.
• Qualify automotive leads and gather relevant customer information.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records.
• Communicate qualified leads and essential information to the Finance Department.
• Ensure a smooth handoff between the initial customer contact and the automotive financing process.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused service. What We're Looking ForMandatory
Requirements:
• Previous professional experience working in an automotive dealership is REQUIRED. Applications from candidates without dealership experience will not be considered.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and the vehicle sales process.
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple leads.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a professional work ethic. Preferred
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an automotive BDC department, automotive sales, or dealership customer service.
• Experience with lead qualification, outbound calling, customer follow-ups, or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with automotive financing processes.
• Experience handling high volumes of customer inquiries and leads.
